As part of the global effort to manage and contain the COVID-19 public health emergency, SNOMED International has published a set of coronavirus related concepts in its January 2020 SNOMED CT International Edition. In addition, it has published a draft Implementation Guide for COVID-19 Data Collection using SNOMED CT.
