Hi Nicole,

There are a couple of initiatives going on at the moment:

LOINC is heavily used for laboratory information and Regenstrief has their FHIR Server setup; you can you can try it out here: https://loinc.org/fhir/
There is a Canadian FHIR Baseline working group that meets b-weekly and I am sure you can bring this request to the members who can share their expertise
The OLIS project present in the Canadian FHIR Registry is also a good place to start - https://simplifier.net/ontariolaboratoriesi

You may also want to cross post this request on the HL7 Forum and FHIR Implementers froum and I am sure you will get some feedback.
