Members of our community should have already received our WebEx invite for next week's meeting, but nevertheless, I wanted to formally announce the meeting on the forum to ensure everyone was aware.

Presentation #1: CommunityCare360
Camille Poulin, Director Consulting, CGI
Camille Poulin has 25 years of healthcare experience and has an extensive background which includes work in acute care, ambulatory care, community care, and private practice. Camille will be presenting CommunityCare360, technology from CGI that supports and enhances integrated care systems within the context of community care in Canada. This session will focus on how community based clinical and administrative data can be shared to advance organizational goals and objectives related to improved continuity of care and improved health outcomes for patients.

Presentation #2: ezReferral
Dr. Denis Vincent, ezReferral / Edmonton South Side Primary Care Network
Justin Hookins, General Manager, ezReferral
Dr. Denis Vincent, a family practitioner will present ezReferral, an e-Referral solution that not only allows for effective communications between referring physicians and the specialists, but also notifies patients and their caregivers throughout the process. Dr. Vincent will provide an overview of the technology as well as report on some of the initial experiences from clinicians and patients in the Edmonton area.
