The presentation will provide an orientation on how Infocentral resources can support design, development, and implementation of continuity of care solutions by: - using the Infoway standards selection framework to identify relevant interoperability points and necessary standards; - using a FHIR-based approach to interoperability to support workflow - publishing to, and consuming from, the Canadian FHIR registry for information resources and profiles; - using the terminology gateway service provided by Infoway to provide standardized terminologies and subsets. |
