TOPIC: Seeking feedback: Subset Release Webinars and Support

Seeking feedback: Subset Release Webinars and Support 7 years 9 months ago #2815

Dear Coordination of Care Community members,

Since the launch of InfoCentral, we have been providing webinars that have provided some detailed information on the last release of our standards. In May, we hosted a webinar on the latest subset release.

This webinar:
• Provided an overview of the subset update process
• Provided access and directions to the subsets on the Terminology Gateway and supporting documentation (new streamlined release notes, simplified subset metadata, etc.)
• Addressed frequently asked questions

As we prepare for the next cycle of releases, we would be interested in hearing from you on the level with which these webinars and products are providing value and where we might improve our support as Canada’s Standards Centre.

Please feel free to contact me personally, (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your comments and suggestions for enhancements.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Regards,

Andrea MacLean
Director, Interoperability Standards, Clinical Systems Integration
