Hello all,
We’d like to give you an update on exciting developments that pertain to our community. In an effort to ensure continued relevance of the Coordination of Care (CoC) community, we have established a CoC advisory group to assist us in identifying jurisdictional priorities, topics of interest, and areas of collaboration. The CoC advisory group is comprised of individuals from several jurisdictions and with diverse backgrounds. Below is the current list of individuals who have kindly agreed to be part of the CoC advisory group. • Bill Clifford (BC) • Brigitte Mettler (BC) • Carol Rimmer (BC) • Douglas Kingsford (BC) • Dragana Lojpur (ON) • Emma Housser (NL) • Liz Loewen (MB) • Michelle Mula (SK) • Natalie Borden (NS) • Shelley Weslosky (AB) • Sisira De Silva (NL) The CoC advisory group had its first meeting on April 20 and lots of great information and ideas have been shared that will help us plan the upcoming meetings. We are currently working on the agenda for the May meeting so please stay tuned! PS: We’re looking for representatives from Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. If anyone is from any of these jurisdictions and is interested in being part of the advisory group, or know of someone, please contact either Diane or Finnie. Regards, Diane and Finnie |
