The DICOM Standard Committee is circulating this CP for special public comment due to its scope and content. Please read the rationale section of the CP carefully. We encourage commenters to perform risk assessments (an example is shown in the rationale) and communicate the results back to the Committee. The more detail you provide (specific codes, specific consequences) the better we will be able to help mitigate those risks.
