In order to stimulate some discussion on this forum, I would be interested to know what terminology tooling solutions the various jurisdictions have implemented. Please post here!

In Manitoba, we use NAMA for lab mapping, and are currently investigating the "lite" version of a tool called Symedical (from a company called Clinical Architecture) that comes with the next version of our EHR.
