What if I forgot my username or password?

If you have forgotten your login credentials and want to reset your password:

  1. Click on Login in the top right header.
  2. Click on the Forgot login link. Forgot Password: Infoway Account page will open.
  3. Input the email address associated with your Infoway account and you will receive an email with your username and temporary password If you are unsure of your username or the email address associated with your Infoway Account, please email support and provide your full name.
