In collaboration with the Social Research Demonstration and Corporation (SRDC), Infoway recently completed a comprehensive study to estimate the evidence-based value of citizen access to their health information and a set of digital health e-services. Grounded by 2016-2017 citizen-reported utilization of four e-services the study produced quantitative value-based estimates across a set of evidence-based indicators and highlights important areas of opportunity for research and implementation.
