There are many ways digital health can make Canadians and their families healthier. Canadians are using a variety of consumer health solutions to book an appointment (e-book), request a prescription renewal (e-request for prescription renewal), view their health information (e-view) or consult with their doctor online (e-visit). As Canadians become more informed and involved in their care, they move from patient to partner.

Join the patients, clinicians, health care organizations and the #HCLDR community for a post-Digital Health Week discussion on Moving Patients to Partners through Digital Health. Add the #HCLDR hashtag to your tweet to join the chat.

Digital Health Week is November 14 – 20, 2016. The Better Health Together community of more than 40 health care organizations invites Canadians to be a part of a national conversation about digital health.
