For those that haven't RSVP'ed already, I did just want to provide some further details on our featured presentation for our January Meeting (Tuesday January 26th, 11AM ET). All details included below along with the webinar meeting links. Looking forward to having you join us.

Title & Overview:
Clinical Adoption & Impact of Champlain BASE eConsult Service – Lessons Learned and Myths Busted!
The Champlain BASE eConsult service was launched 5 years ago and has been extremely well received by primary care providers and specialists alike. Adoption and utilization amongst the primary care and specialist communities has been growing consistently, having processed over 11,000 eConsult cases across 84 different specialties so far. Direct feedback from primary care has indicated that over 60% of cases did not require a face to face referral, and in 40% of cases an unnecessary referral was in fact avoided. We will outline our managed service approach and its key elements, review more detailed utilization and impact data, and share provider experiences. We will also present some of the key lessons learned as the service continued to grow and evolve, including initial assumptions and preconceptions that had to be corrected based on the actual data collected and analyzed.
