If you are interested in sharing studies and reports between PACS seamlessly, or if you are interested in encounter-based imaging in additional to traditional radiology scheduled workflow, then I encourage you to review the IHE Radiology new profiles and provide your feedback. Currently the following profiles are in Public Comment phase:
