LOINC 2.63 and RELMA 6.22 are now available for download at loinc.org website.

Here are some brief highlights for the update:
  • 1660 new terms (including 736 laboratory, 558 clinical, and 366 new survey terms)
  • Nearly 350 new radiology terms, including new terms with the Method "{Imaging modality}" for modality-agnostic procedures to complete the harmonization between the RSNA Playbook and LOINC RadiologyEnhancements to accessory files; in particular release of the LOINC/ RSNA Radiology Playbook file
  • The release of the LOINC/RSNA Radiology Playbook file marks a major milestone in Regenstrief ongoing collaborative work with the RSNA to develop a unified model for naming radiology procedures.
